Cancellation Policy

Kilo & Crew offers monthly and prepaid subscription plans for our dog boxes.

Monthly Subscriptions

• You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
• Cancellations made after your billing date will take effect the following billing cycle.
• To cancel, log in to your account and manage your subscription, or contact us at [your email address].

Prepaid Subscriptions (3-month & 6-month)

• Prepaid subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.
• Your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of a prepaid period unless you choose to renew.

General

• We do not offer refunds for boxes that have already shipped.
• If you have any issues with your box, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
